Easy to use
I like using the app since I’m in a different state. It’s easy to use and I like the mobile deposit feature. The only thing I wish it had was something like Zelle to do electronic transfers to other banks or individuals.

Not for an iPad
Locked me out of my iPad app. Insisted I download this version, which is not for an iPad. It is for an iPhone. Sideways--too big to see but only a few entries.
Bug
Please remove the annoying pop up box that says I have timed out. It’s kind of assumed when I close the app that I will have to log in again. Also when the app has been killed it still comes up even though it’s a new instance.

Almost no features
This app is void of almost any of the features I have in my other banking apps. You can not deposit checks, you can not see more than 3 weeks(used to be a month) of transaction history, you can not see account/routing numbers. It’s almost pointless to have. I am forced to use the desktop version every time I need to do something.

Needs Updated
Customers are supposed to be able to deposit checks to their account through the app but after being a customer for three years there still is no option to deposit checks from my app.
Logs you out when you "tab out"
On an iPhone, you can cycle between apps...essentially "tabbing out" to another app by double-tapping the home button. This is handy when you're using other apps like a check book app. So I log into the Carolina Collegiate app, log in, then want to "tab" over to my check book app, and I toggle back and forth to balance my checkbook. This app logs you out every time you do this. Which is HIGHLY annoying. I'd rather use the web site on the phone than the app.
As of 10/2016 this still has not been fixed. It makes it very difficult to switch over to another app that I use to balance my account, because I have to keep logging back in. I don't see how this can be a security issue because I have an app with another credit union that keeps me logged in for a certain amount of time.
I'll continue using the website on my phone until this is resolved.

App crashes immediately
I am on an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS running. When I try to open the app it closes immediately. Hopefully, it gets updated soon so I can actually see what I can do and change this review.
Won't open
The app will not open on an iPhone 5C.
Doesn't work
It keeps asking for answers to every security question, even to questions I have no answer for (best man at wedding when I've never been married.) I can't login, so this app is completely useless to me as of now.
