  • Love this app for work breaks

    I started using this app to wake up and now I use it for movement and meditation breaks throughout my work day.

    I was having back issues from sitting at my computer so much and I’ve now incorporated short 5-15 min sessions in my calendar. It’s great to break up my day with movement. I love how I can choose more energizing sessions or more calming sessions based on what I’m feeling (or wearing).

    Or I choose short guided meditations when my brain is feeling overloaded. Beyond my body, the sessions help me stay focused and I look forward to the little breaks.

    I appreciate the selection of the instructors and enjoy having music with the sessions, feels like tiny retreats.

    I do love this app— it has so much content, you can find anything you are looking for by category and there’s something for every body, level, time of day and mood. I also love the alarm feature to start your day off intentionally and not put off your practice. Thanks L&J!
  • Good morning Sunshine

    This last year I have been in chronic pain after a horrific accident. Yoga wake up has me starting my day with gentle stretches and easy flow.
    I think my favorite part is that I'm still laying in bed in pjs yet feeling like I'm accomplishing healthy healing habits. There are a few instructors that have the most soothing voices and their meditations turn me into a trance. I love this app. I think it works great for my needs.

  • Essential part of my daily routine

    I’ve used Yoga Wake-up for a couple of years now, almost every morning and definitely every night (yes there are nidras and meditations for sleep). The experts and meditations are high quality-I quickly found favorites.
  • YogaWakeUp has it all

    I love love love that this app is audio only. I’m so tired of having to look at a screen for everything! And it’s not just yoga. And it’s not just for waking up. There are great meditations on here too and practices for evening.
  • Lifesaver

    I have been using yoga wakeup weekdays for several years now and it has been a lifesaver. I always add a loud alarm just in case the gentle one doesn’t wake me at first, but once I’m awake I am able to listen to the encouraging words and integrate stretching into my morning routine. I started slow with guided meditation and gradually progressed to gentle stretching in bed, finally advancing to morning stretches on a yoga mat. It works great with air buds too in case you don’t want your roommate to listen.

  • So bummed this isn’t a reliable alarm

    I love love love waking up to Samora’s “Motivational Morning” but the app is unreliable as an alarm. So disappointing and frustrating. When it works there is no better way to start my day. When it doesn’t, by the time I wake up enough to realize the alarm didn’t go off, calculate whether I have enough time to do the practice and if so, start it myself, the moment is ruined.

  • Life changer

    I have two young kids and I have been trying to wake up before them for some peaceful moments before the day starts, but nothing could get me out of bed. I tried many apps, alarms, sounds and songs and nothing worked. I would simply hit snooze 12 times or turn it off completely.
    As a yoga teacher I we very intrigued when I saw this app, and it did not disappoint! Not only does it actually wake me up, it starts my day off right. I’m in such a more peaceful mood which is good for not only me, but my family as well.

  • What A Phenomenal App!!!

    This app quickly made my top five must-have apps. What a great way to start the day. It increases my mindfulness, intentionality, productivity, sense of balance, and puts me in control of my attitude and actions for the rest of the day. I highly recommend it and wish I could give it six stars!!! 💛💛💛

  • Alarm won’t go off

    I really hoped this was going to be a game changer for me, and on the mornings that it actually worked, I thought it might be. But the app is just too glitchy and unreliable to actually use. I watched the “how to set the alarm” video a bunch of times to see what I was doing wrong, and the answer was I was doing nothing wrong. Before going to bed I opened the app and made sure it said “silent ambiance is playing,” then in the morning it would say “you didn’t open the app last night so your alarm couldn’t go off.” Super frustrating and disappointing.
