Bugs on Update
I just updated my KCB app and i wish I didn’t, it has too many bugs, i can’t even check ny balance!! Giving me an error

Just what the title says. If you can’t use an app it is absolutely useless.

This app can’t activate on IPhone. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. So I am forced to use the disgusting USSD which has so many steps before you can make a transaction. In fact am looking for a better bank.
Application crushes on iOS 14
App does not launch after iOS14 update. To replicate, install update device to iO14,launch KCB and it crushes immediately

A whole big international bank like KCB doesn’t work on iOS? Seriously? I am a very disappointed customer.

A very useless app, a waste of App Store space. I think should be taken off and a new one developed
