  • Disappointed

    I use the app on my iPad. For the past two weeks, I complete my bills, click submit, and then I receive a message that it can’t process my transactions. Try again. I tried several times and received the same message. Very very frustrating. I can be checking my accounts and then the app closes on me. Please take care of these issues? I hate to switch credit unions, but the app is not reliable for bill pay. I’ve also used safari to go to the web site and complete my business, and the errors still take place.

    I enjoy using the updated version of the app. Very easy to use.

  • Auto pay info

    Since I have many of my accounts an auto pay, there is sometimes confusion about which Chase credit card account is responsible for a debit. I have to call customer service and they have the information that I need. I think that information should be available to me without making a call and waiting. Your customer service people are very patient and willing to give me the help I need to figure out where a withdrawal comes from. Being able to make a deposit even when I’m in another state is very useful. I know this isn’t your problem but the fluctuation of the Fico score puzzles me.

    Thank you for contacting Visions FCU and for your feedback. When transactions post to your account from outside merchants, unfortunately the merchants many not always attach additional details to the posted debit, and we are not able to display them in your account history. The FICO score that is posted in your account in online banking is a once-a-month snapshot of your score on the day it is obtained. There are many reasons why a score may change. FICO® Scores are calculated each time they are requested, taking into consideration the information that is in your credit file from a consumer reporting agency at that time. So, as the information in your credit file at that CRA changes, FICO® Scores can also change. Review your key score factors, which explain what factors from your credit report most affected a score. Comparing key score factors from the two different time periods can help identify causes for a change in a FICO® Score. Keep in mind that certain events such as late payments or bankruptcy can lower FICO® Scores quickly. Score factors are delivered with a consumer's FICO® Score, these are the top areas that affected that consumer's FICO® Scores. The order in which the score factors are listed is important. The first factor indicates the area that most influenced the score and the second factor is the next most significant influence. Addressing these factors can benefit the score.   • Update broke mobile deposit

    App was recently updated as of 3/21 or so and how about instead of performance improvements you fix the login. If you open once and use Face ID and then get out of the to do something else it when you return it won’t log you back in and your promoted with a blank user id and password page with no other options. Not like the initial login even. This has been broken for months.

    Once again they’ve updated the app and broke mobile deposit. Take a photo of the front works fine then it shifts to photo of back and gives you a white screen. If you get out of it and back in by clicking on back it will work sometimes. Ridiculous. Over and over again they update and don’t fix things. Do they test?? On top of that they still don't have express deposit as a button on the bottom but instead have idnotify. Far less useful than mobile deposit. For years they have refused to put this on the bottom. Why I do not know.

The Thumb Bar now includes Express Deposit for easier access. We worked closely with our Express Deposit provider to improve the deposit experience and eliminate the errors during the deposit process. We hope that you will continue to utilize Express Deposit with little to no issues going forward. When you log in and do not utilize the Log out button, the initial log in page may not load correctly. Be sure to always log out of your session. Also be sure to swipe to close the app completely on your device. This will ensure a fresh log in each time and should automatically prompt you for Face ID. If it does not, you can simply tap the Face ID button located under the orange Log in Button.
