This app is so bad. Constantly giving error messages that the request can not be completed. This makes a big difference to me since another aspect of my loan is that they make it impossible to just put a large sum of money toward the loan at once. They require you to make 1 transfer per day which is capped at a low dollar amount. It really rubs me the wrong way, it feels like between the absolutely terrible app that can’t reliably process payments and the need to constantly stay on top of a ridiculous 1 transfer / day schedule, it feels predatory to maintain such a terrible app that creates a situation where your customers are forced into paying more interest because the payments won’t go through. Let alone the amount of time I have to login in each day just to try to pay my loan down, but it the payment can’t process. Just the worst.
