  • Great tool for intermittent fasting.

I love this fasting app because it really encourages me to hit my intermittent fasting goals. Some days I donโ€™t think I can do it, but I can quickly check my time, and that motivates me to push forward. If I could suggest one thing Iโ€™d love for this app to do is to be able to change my fasting goal mid-fast. If Iโ€™m at 18 hours, but Iโ€™d decide to go 20, Iโ€™d love a quick, easy way to extend it without having to end fast, and reset. Other than that, this is the best fasting app out there to me!

  • Nice!

The best feature of this app is the ability to see my fasting hours for more than 10 days at a time. I want to be able to look at the month and see how I did. It would be helpful if we could change the number of hours we want to fast during our fast, but that is a small thing. Iโ€™ve contacted the developer with questions and he is very responsive. Great app!!

  • Pretty good

The free version is adequate. It would be nice to be able to go back and edit previous days, or to see more details about previous days, but I'm content for what I am doing and what I need. This app is good enough.

Update: For $2 I upgraded to premium, and it does everything I wished the free version did. Free is very adequate, but I don't regret upgrading. It's a useful app. Now, if I could just remember to log when my fast starts instead of trying to figure out when I quit eating 3 hours laterโ€ฆ

  • Has this flaw...

I do infrequent but regular fasts that extend over 24 hours. The pro version now allows for fasts up to 48 hours. However, if I schedule a fast beginning, for example, on Sunday evening and finish that fast on Tuesday morning, the app will tell me that I have not fasted at all on Monday (when in reality I fasted 24 hours on Monday), I will not receive any credit for that, and my streak will be broken. This means that accurate streaks cannot be maintained without artificially tweaking the data, which completely defeats the purpose of collecting data.
