Unable to use QuickPay
The app itself is good but after an update to it, I’m unable to use QuickPay and for every transfer I want to do that requires searching up the contact, I have to go back to the main page and back to the contact again in order to be able to transfer. It’s been a hassle.
This app doesn’t even deserve a star. Worst banking app in maldives.
More than 40% of the users reported their account hacked and wiped off the saving. The BML service provider sends us a mail of the person who tries to access our account with their IP address, though they can’t track the person account which all our money is hacked or transferred. And this Applications security is weak + lacking payment receipts & transfer details. 0.1 rating for the app. Please fix the bugs BML

Screen Safe Area Issues UI
With the recent update it looks like the safe area of the screen is messed up on iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16.2. The navigation bar and tab bar view is beyond safe area resulting not able touch back button on the navigation bar.

Error
Back button is not working on my iphone 14 after the update, ( left top corner back arrow) i have to close the application after each transaction

Unable to use buttons on the top after recent update. I cant go back to previous page without reopening the app

The latest update is not optimized for the latest iphones such as 14 pro the down menu bar is too low and the upper buttons are too high and cannot press most of the time

App goes blank when attempting transfer. Tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times and does not work.
Shows a white screen when I try to transfer
This is too bad BML never found a solution for me. I reported this issue of white screen since 2019 to 2022 several times. All they said was my iPhone 11 Pro Max didnot support it. I bought and iPhone 14 pro Max recently and to my surprise it is the same. BML app has same issues still for me. The support service I got is very poor
