Now, Ooredoo is trying to steal our money with various ways such as data packages, promotion plans. But, you will never win the prize from the promotion plan because they already planned to steal your money. And also, they are stealing the data usage more than the actual usage.
Forced activity on screen
There’s this activity called “Shake it” that forces the user to shake the phone to get reward. It’s unskippable and I can’t do anything when I go into the activity. I shake, a box opens and the loading is forever. I can’t use this app at the moment. Please fix that. I kept using it despite the app’s junky stuff. I guess I’ll be saying goodbye if it’s not fixed.

Crashes and Poor connection error
The app always show loading when i clicked the Oumanji, and refresh the balance didn’t get the updated balance, That should not happen for a big telecom company

Slow and broken
Extremely slow and frustrating to use. Many features are broken and doesn't work most of the time especially m peitsan. How can I trust a company who can't even make their app work with my money ??
So Lag and Slow
The app is so lag and buggy. Always loading when I do some actions. Always need to kill the app again and again to work properly.
OTP not receiving error
This error is happening more than one year and they are not even trying to fix it. Cannot reach out customer service and annoying customer with too many reminder messages to register sim although my sim is already successfully registered.
App crushed
I’m trying to login but it’s not showing my purchase information and balance. Also cannot make package purchases. Really bad experience!!
Totally unusable
Ever since I updated to their version 8.7, the app only shows red screen. I deleted and reinstalled the app over and over again. Nothing seems to be working. I contacted Ooredoo Myanmar via facebook. They doesn’t even bother to reply me. iPhone SE first gen iOS 15.7.1
