When I click to enter the app, it exits again. How can I do this?

Everytime can't open app. Return back at home screen. Fit the error. Ooredoo myanmar. Really bad experience.
Don’t use it
The operator is horrible and lack of responsible. They automatically charge something like movie fees which they call iflix dummy from your bill even u didn’t buy even u didn’t know they automatically charge ur bill . Even u ask the customer service they can’t help u anything They WON’T HELP U ANYTHING! Don’t use this operator if u don’t wanna stuck with these problems. 👎🏻👎🏻

too many pop up ads
there are way too many pop up ads that just appear randomly. im trying to buy data packs and im in a hurry, the ad appears and makes me wait. could you remove these ads because they are so annoying.
