This app crashes 9 out of 10 times and can't really see my balance.

Just use telenor or mpt for convenience sake, they literally put zero effort into the app snd customer service and not worth your money

Data abuse
My Ooredoo is terribly using up data on my mobile. It's over 6.3 Gb used up my data. The app was once reportedly supposed to be applied with no data charge. I was watching my data reduced. It's simply a digital theft.
