My Ooredoo is terribly using up data on my mobile. It's over 6.3 Gb used up my data. The app was once reportedly supposed to be applied with no data charge. I was watching my data reduced. It's simply a digital theft.

Very bad service
Customer service is very bad and unsatisfactory. We have Supernet Fiber line connected to our home which has not been working for 6days. And they have just been telling us to wait without taking proper action.

So poor connection & many errors
When i extend my don don data, always face with difficulties ( such as application errors, connection errors and so many errors). I can't always extend my data although i purchase tge don don. After purchasing, always appears black screen and out of the application. And then, i can never extend my bonus data.

A lots of error in ios updated version
All of my VIP points are gone.
Can't even click the VIP section in both Website account and application account.
I've tried your uninstalled/install again method.
All I can see in update version is just "Lucky Lantern" and the others service sections are not working prpperly.
Please try to fixed it asap
