Not working for but packs more than 2 months
It’s been more than 2 months we couldn’t buy data packs directly from apps,that tab with extra data gift is just for only show .

I have to say this because this app crashes often!!! Out of all my orredoo app, myanmar version is the worst!!! Come on guys, improve it and fix bugs😑
Too many bugs and white screen error
I use this app for ooredoo VIP. But too many error messages that I got and after message, there is only white screen in Iphone7+.

A billionaire dollar company? Hire a proper app developer or software conductor. Your app is a disaster. Literally crashes whenever you press ANY buttons. Jesus.

App keeps crashing whenever I bring up the buy plans tab. Didn’t happen like that before. I can’t even choose to buy packages with ease and every time I have to login again. Please fix this issue ASAP.

The app is always asking me OTP though I am using with Ooredoo 4G network. This is crazy and I couldn’t buy packs or do anything from app.

Crushy Poor App!!! Intentional crushes!!!???
I don’t understand why the app crashes almost continually and demand updates frequently; and, not very long after the updates the app crashes again. I am beginning to think the crushes are intentional rather than accidental, to confuse the customers at times of frequent policy changes, considering when this seemingly poor quality app comes from a very large international telecom company. There is no acceptable reason why a small size app like this crushes again and again.
