Great app, great discounts!
Itison is one of the best discount companies that I have used! You only get one or two emails per day telling you about the discounts available, unlike other companies which seem to be filled with hundreds of irrelevant ones. The app is very easy and convenient to use making it simple to purchase various offers. Great app, great company, great customer service!

Love to Eat Rawlings afternoon tea
Just been to Love To Eat Rawlings for Afternoon tea. This was by far the best home baking afternoon tea in Glasgow. Beautiful fresh sandwiches with gorgeous fillings and home baking of meringues, scones, carrot cake, gingerbread, empire biscuits and tablet. Everything on the cake stand was amazing. Beautifully presented with very friendly welcoming staff. Definitely GIVE it a go you will not be disappointed. Such a wonderful treat. I will be back again and again. Good offers, still a bit behind in use of vouchers
I use itison a lot because of good offers and relevant to me vouchers. It didn’t get a 5 because of the way you redeem vouchers. The fact that vouchers have to be printed when lots of other providers let you use your mobile is very annoying and sometimes makes impulse buys an issue. Provide this option and I reckon I’ll be using it even more.

The best voucher site online
Most deals I have purchased have been excellent value for money (the exception being Comlongon Castle Hotel in Dumfries...the location, hotel bar and breakfast were terrible!).
Any issues in the past have been dealt with by friendly staff, who are quick to respond over the phone and will search the best deals for you if you need to exchange any unwanted purchase for credit. Given the amount of deals on offer you have plenty to choose from. Keep up the good work itison!

Brilliant deals - needs a way to save Favourites!
Been using Itison for a while and have discovered places I would have missed otherwise!
The App has always worked well, but it would be fantastic if you could add a way to save favourite deals for later reference, rather than having to remember and/or look them up repeatedly :)

Concert tickets
Recently got tickets for Britney and Pitbull in Blackpool as a birthday present . They cost £79 each on Itison for the golden circle ! Everyone round us had paid £144+ in some cases handling charges on top . It was super easy to pick up the tickets at the box office with the voucher . What a bargain !

App ok but Company is great
The company is great and the deals are brilliant. The app is a bit glitchy, today it wouldn’t change area on deal I was looking at but the main website worked fine and transaction showed in app with no issues thereafter. I would say use common sense (it’s free to you all) on booking required deals and check with corresponding companies for dates you need before voucher expires. I’ve never had any issues with bookings/stays ect as I have the gumption to check before I purchase those type of deals. It’s common sense folks 🤪

Great quality deals
Been using itison for years and always had a great experience; it’s brilliant for discovering new places locally or nights away further afield :) the app is really handy and user-friendly!
Avoid
Avoid being ripped off by this company . I purchased overnight stay in hotel and every time I tried to use it they were fully booked . I contacted customer services twice no reply then I contacted them by phone they could not have been any more rude stating it was not their fault and there was nothing I could do . When I explained I had paid £120 and could not use the voucher their answer was to give it away . I have spent a lot of money with this company but never again . Terrible service . Avoid!

More attention to detail than rival daily deals sites
As an Edinburgh resident, I've found itison deals to be more attentive to the customer experience and the result is their deals reflect a more discerning approach than Groupon & Living Social who seem to go for quantity over quality.
