I have been ordering from Bloom& Wild in the UK for several years now and have been extremely happy with the deliveries. In fact, all my family and friends use B&W too! Whether letterbox deliveries or hand tied bouquets, they have all been beautiful.
I have a lot of family in Germany and up until this Christmas I tried various companies ( often enough with disappointing results: late deliveries with wilted flowers, mixed up orders, broken decorations, unhelpful Customer Service staff.) Imagine my delight when this Christmas I discovered that Bloom & Wild are operating in Germany too!! My aunt was really excited about her Christmas bouquet! I would like to especially thank Mira and Laura from the Customer Service team who have been enormously helpful when I realised that my next order would have to be postponed a few weeks.
