I’ve had 4 of these cameras since launch. The app functionality has gone from bad to worse. Now, on iOS 13, you can’t view any alerts. The app just crashes. I’ll be throwing these away so I can buy a better system.cmusicfan05

Bad controls, missing options, no support or updates.
The camera works, but this app is awful. It automatically creates videos very time you turn on the cat toy laser... videos that ou can’t delete!? Where are they stored? Who can see them? If I as using this as a baby monitor, I’d be freaked out. And the laser only moves in a straight line up and down, a circle or a figure 8. That’s it. You can barely control the camera as each swipe moves the view only up, down, right or left by 45 degrees. 4 swipes and you’ve covered the whole viewable area, there’s no precision whatsoever. The cat can’t keep u with that at all, it crosses the room faster than she can see. Great tech, lousy software. It’s a shame because with very little tweaking, it could be really great, but there isn’t even a user forum, the “support” link on their own website goes to an abandon 3rd party provider.Show lessannoyed anonymously
Settings can’t be changed.
Settings don’t save for alerts. I don’t need to know when a dog across the street barks, just when my little wakes up...Mrs.JillJones

Today’s date is 08/18/20 pic from this camera has all of sudden changed from 1080p to 420 and partially a dark screen on phone when app is open. Worst camera ever worked the first 3months now garbage!!!!!!ato cat
Could be better
Good picture quality but the camera lags, and you can’t hear the audio clearly if you are viewing the cam. You would have to keep the app active but not have it open to hear anything without it being patchy.Blackgun22
