  • Killing me

    Good pic quality is the only thing good. If you’re lucky to be able to install a can, it is SLOW. I can’t even submit a help ticket because half the ap doesn’t show up on my iPhone so I can’t click the submit button. Doesn’t work with iPad.
  • No updates in the last 6 months, but...

    Recently there was an outage where we couldn’t even login to the app and could not get ahold of anyone about it.

    Now no sound alerts are happening.

    The app crashes upon opening regularly and takes going back into the app again to actually see the camera.

    We had the ibaby camera, but the app was unusable and this seemed like it was at least being kept up with. Sure enough, now it’s the opposite.

    Please fix these issues!

  • Logout issue

    Drops connection at times, but more annoying is the constant logging out just lately, requiring logging back in on each use.

    However when connected its a decent app, quality of image is good.

    Really need to fix the logout issue on iOS 11!

    It constantly logs me out and always asks to send notifications every time you open it.

    I bought this camera and its online. My phone never can connect to it unless I am on wifi. This app is not good so their for the camera is not working as stated.
  • Sooo glitchy!!

    Needs update bad! Running newest version of iOS and I can't see the cameras anymore. Keeps saying offline but they aren't. Please fix and I will update review when that is done.
  • Buy another camera system

    By far the worst app, out of the 120 apps, on my iPhone. To start off it rarely starts the first time. I catch a glimpse of the ui and then it crashes. Usually on the second attempt it will open up to the app ui.

    Secondly it rarely connects my cameras on the first attempt. I usually have to try 20 different times, alter my wifi to less secure settings for the cameras to even join, usually after about 15-20 attempts it connects.

    This last time I was rounding on the 30-35 attempts when I decided to try to connect the cameras using my wife's iPhone. It connected first time, no problems...why would I have thought that would be the solution after I have been able to connect using my phone before?!

    Thirdly, don't even think about contacting support. When I have contacted support (I never wanted to attempt to speak to technical support because of the instructions that came with the cameras which is very minimal) it took MONTHS before they got back to me with any sort of attempt to reconcile my issues.

    When the cameras and app work they are a great tool. We use one in the nursery and another in the playroom and love the night vision, oh my goodness is it good. But your team is only as strong as your weakest link and for this system it is this app.

  • Will return the camera

    The camera works fine but the app is useless, rendering the camera useless
  • Update messed up my device

    After the update my camera stop connecting to my phone without the wifi. I wrote a letter to the support team, they still haven't answered after 4 days.
    Kinda disappointing for me, after paying 80$!
  • Horrible

    Horrible app, horrible connection- picture quality is nothing like advertised in pictures, it's false advertisement 100%. Constantly disconnecting, lagging, or buffering and I have tried on three different wifi connections that are almost always reliable. Not worth a fraction of the price it costs.
