Doesn't Work - Support doesn't respond

I'm using the app to register for Minor League Cricket. Messaged the support team on the app to learn my ID number. 19 days later no response

Good but automatically logs out while using

I am using this app since 2016, previously it works really well. But nowadays especially from past three years from 2019 it is not working properly at all. While doing the score it automatically logs out. Which creates a trouble if this happens multiple times during the game. Also while checking the fixtures and schedule also getting log out. Please clear this bug dev team. I hope you will workout as soon as you can and thanks for the application.

Hi, Sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with the app. Automatic Log out happens when a user tries to login with the same login credentials on a different device. Please try to update the password and see if you're still getting this issue. In case you encounter this issue again, please do write to us at support@cricclubs.com

Cricclubs app is good

I have been using cricclubs app from last 4 years . I like the app. It has been improving every month .
I would like to give suggestions:
1. Give an option for user to send feedback directly to you (like help button)
2. Display number of man of the matches received in user profile .
3. Separate metrics between actual matches vs practice match in user profile.

Change Scorer Hangs

Change scorer screen goes blank in iphones X and higher. Also please remove real-time name search while typing scorer name in change scorer. The screen crashes

Poor performance

Application has a huge performance issue. App takes lot of time to load data or to connect to the server. Once it is connected application works fine. Every time I had to exit the application and relaunch several times in order to load data.

Slow in iPhone

When I open this app, it’s taking atlest 5 min to view the content for the first time. Once it is opened it is working fine.

Frustrating

It’s frustrating when app asks too many times “Please check your connection”..at-least 20 times it’s asking while I am on WiFi and rest all
Apps are working at super speed.

New version has a lot of bugs!

The app now takes forever to load. Then crashed in the middle of the game. It allowed us to score, but the score just did not register on the main app.

App doesn’t load

This app doesn’t load on iPhone 11 Max unless phone is on wifi.
Please fix the issues.
