Worth every cent
I made HM3 and HM1 with this apps help. High 70s for both exams. Do yourself a favor and download this ASAP. I will never not recommend to peers and juniors for as long as it exists. The team behind this really took it seriously and aside from reading the instructions (which they highlight most already), this should be in every Sailors toolbox.Show lessJordanMB91

This app (as well as the website version) will make you feel smart thinking you got it until you face the real life test. I faithfully used this app for 3 exams now with a maxed out EP eval and 5 Awards points + Education points but never made First.
90% of questions are the same ones they have for years and same bibs are always unavailable. The Navy makes the Bibs available like 6 months ahead but these guys never update their data and always have the same chapters “in construction” or “coming soon”, even on the exam date or days after the exam. This app been around for a while now and still they haven’t thought of audio. audios allow to study anytime without necessarily staring at the screen. For example while driving, or working while listening? Or just relaxing and not trying to hold a phone or a laptop…
Also questions like “what chapter …” are so useless. First, you can clearly see the answer on the top of the question, and secondly, questions like that never come on the exam.Show lessDeveloper Response

I got stuck in a rut trying to make second class for about two years, and i decided to try this app out on a whim, it was the best decision I’ve made for my career. I'm not the person thats going to sit down and read all of the bibs, so to have everything in flashcard form , even offline is a game changer. Here’s the deal. I’m a horrible test taker but my evals and everything else in the FMS were where they needed to be. I had given up on studying numerous times but missing the last exam by 5 points spoke to me. Bluejacketeer is super accessible. Any time I was stuck in a line or waiting on anything at work to happen, the app was open. My rate had 90% of its information on here so it was a big help. The best part? Getting to click to see what instruction/resource the content was pulled from. I printed those, highlighted them, beat them into my head. I convened with mentors on how to read my bibliographies. I downloaded and subscribed for the upcoming exam cycle, hoping that they could provide useful information such as pubs for my rate and other military knowledge. However they keep saying the pubs I needed were not available at that moment. I have had the subscription for months and on both website and app showed they were never available. It’s a scam of money and they state that you can’t get refund for not receiving anything you expected to receive. Terrible.Show lesshunterpun00

Made E-5 my first time up at 16% after starting use of Bluejacketeer for a few months before test. super easy to use and there’s different categories for topics etc. I didn’t study everything because there’s lotsssss of questions, however I think it did help.cambryjuniper
