Broken app
The app is broken. The service is fine and works ok on a desktop or laptop computer. But the app itself breaks/crashes every time I try to sync with the website. Yes, every single time. Wifi or cellular, it doesn’t matter. So I basically have to start over studying.Jedi Boy Scout
Great info but the User Interface is just bad
I constantly have to force close the app. It won’t accurately reflect my selections on my iPhone and then when I went to the help button and try to select Message Our Team, absolutely nothing happens. For the money this app generates it should be fixed by nowevolve86

Overall very helpful but has issues
Recently the app has begun to BOLD the letters of the correct answer even before I have selected an answer from the multiple choice. Now I can’t really measure if I know it or not because it’s very obvious what it is as soon as the question comes up. Restarting the app sometimes fixes it for. Minute or two but it pop backs up within ten questions. Changing topics does not help either.Show lessDillon Squier

Hello! That "feature" was short lived in our app. We thought that it may help user's recall the correct answer on subsequent repetitions of the question, but after customer feedback like this, it was removed from our site/app.Great program!

I’ve never made above a 60 on my test before and this cycle I decided to use bluejacketeer! Not only did I exceed well above a 60, I made HM2 with only being in for 4. HIGHLY recommend this app.fundy17

This app has definitely helped out a lot with my advancement. I would usually read the bibs and then do the quizzes and it paid off! Even when I didn’t make it, I still gained a lot of great knowledge!Aking9106

Very nice how you can download everything to read offline. My only request is to add the study plans to offline mode but besides that everything is going great.Kingeragon2
Minor things that would be beneficial with IOS/iPad, IPhone
This app is great; I’ve been using it for three years now. I’m really grateful for the web browser version on the laptop since I can actually visualize the PDF readings that coincide with the questions. And this the exact thing that is frustrating with IOS devices. I wish I could read the highlights/pdfs in the actual app if I want too. Miss leading none rated questions
I’ve been using this app for 4-6 months. It looks legit and yes comes with thousands of in rated questions BUT... As a GSM choosing the GSM study plan why am I getting a lot of none GSM rated questions? In my so called GSM plan I’m receiving questions about MPACs on a submarine or questions on CHT really??? Absolutely wasted money on this broken/undeveloped app.Show lessRitzy86
