Annoying
Reading through the reviews you’ll see that 3 years ago people were having problems with their cameras not loading or constant buffering.. sometimes loading. well, in November 2024, it’s still a problem.
Now I inherited this system so I can’t complain too much, but i often use the cameras when I hear something unusual outside my house, so I quickly load the app and check. Sometimes it will load instantly, but other times, just constant buffering. Closing the app from multitasking has no effect at all. I have 1gb internet, so it’s definitely not a problem with my broadband.

App refuses to open??? HELP!!
I have been using the app for years with minimal issues. Now suddenly it is refusing to open and I can’t view anything. I am still receiving alarm notifications for it, but once again, when I click on it to view the notification, it doesn’t open. Only the logo appears and then quickly vanishes.
It has been a more than 2x days now. Is this going to be fixed or is there another reason why this is happening on my mobile??

Trash Service and App
Horrible service! Always a lag with pulling up my cameras. Can’t get the right time set on my cameras from this app. Says my cameras need update but every-time I do it gives me an error message. I do the update again and it says completed only for me to close the app out and go back in to the cameras needing the same update! It’s stupid. Find a different service. Do Not use this app! Trash….

Unable to change device time manually or sync with phone. Pls fix the problem asap! Thank u
Abysmal app
Since being installed it has no consistent service…. Now totally not working. Totally fed up!

Don’t use.
Works less than half the time. Constantly cannot connect with phone. Randomly will stop recording and by the time I need to look back at previous videos I find out it wasnt recording for the past few days. This has happened multiple times and i have only had this system for a few months now
Edit: IP address changed without any notification. Finally figured it out on my after months of not having any connection to my phone. Not user friendly.
