Unacceptable to force a subscription.

I have no interest in paying a monthly subscription for an app I will maybe use a few times a year. If you had charged me once. I would have considered it, but an ongoing subscription is an absolute no. Also looking at other reviews it seems there are many “dark patterns” in the app such as aggressively asking people to review it even before they have experience with it. I would have paid a reasonable price for a program that did one thing well, but a program with abusive licensing and practices like this gets nothing. I’m deleting it as soon as I finish this review.

why whenever I try to add a video and put it in slow motion it gives me a ad for ur stupid subscription I don’t want it I just wanna put one video in slow motion without having to pay money I don’t recommend don’t waste ur time downloading it it’s a big scam they just want ur money!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Premium and App Quality

Something I find weird when I first opened the app, was to be immediately met with a prompt asking me if I enjoy creating slow motion videos. Of course, I answered no because I haven’t even used the app yet, and was immediately asked if I could leave a review. I also answered no.

After those prompts, I was told about their premium subscription which I thought was going to be for some more advanced stuff, but it turned out I couldn’t even use anything that this app offers without paying real money for it. Luckily, it came with a 3-day trial (which I will cancel as soon as I get the footage I need in a slow motion state).

As far as the actual features of this app, there are basically none. You are paying for the ability to slow or speed up your own videos, put a theme on it (which are just annoying “glitch” patterns that just loop over and over and distract from the actual video, and you can add music and a logo.

Issues I’ve had with the app within the first 10 minutes are few, but the issues that do exist are quite annoying. You can’t alter a video IF you did the following (in my case):
- Mirror the video
- Warp the video
- Edit the video filter
- Edit the video adjustments (exposure, highlights, saturation, shadows contrast, etc.)

Some good news, though! You can edit the video if it’s cropped or rotated! So I guess it has something going for it.
