Frustrated - and now not quite so frustrated
I wrote this some time! Still waiting but I do enjoy being able to write my diary.
Also very annoyingly you can’t sync from iPhone to Ipad which seems ridiculous with all the technology that goes into making the app in the first place! An answer to that please.

Hi. Don't worry, this is very likely because the 'mute' button is enabled on your device. Depending on your device settings this will mute the audio within Momento, even if your device volume is turned up. Hope this helps!

Hi Jan, so sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your Premium functionality. It sounds like you need to 'Restore Purchases' to regain functionality you have previously paid for. You can do this in Settings > Premium > Restore Purchases (at the bottom of the screen). Please make sure you're logged into the Apple ID you originally used to purchase this functionality. Our FAQ article covers this in some more detail — this can be found in app via Settings > Support.
