Used to enjoy the app
Two days ago I was able to sync across devices, and now I have to pay more for a premium version to sync? One great way to lose customers is to have them pay for the app and it’s features, only to later take those features away from them and ask for more money to get them back. That is absolutely atrocious customer service. I should be able to use the app that I initially paid for in the way that was promised to me before I paid for it. If I knew this was going to happen I would not have bought the app. I want my money back. Great job, guys.

I am confused, and saddened. Of course the app doesn't take away features that you paid for. Maybe you bought it for one platform (e.g. iOS) but not another one (e.g. macOS)? That the Pro version is separate per platform is noted in several places, like the Pro version page itself. I don't know why you don't write me a mail but this review instead. It doesn't help anybody. You write about bad customer service but you didn't even attempt to contact me via mail or the community forums. If you write me a mail I can help you get your money back if you wish so.
