We live in cul de sac I understand not as much room to turn around, but after they come thru everyone’s garbage tubs are in the middle of cul de sac. One day is was raining tubs on their sides, lids open rain in tubs, tubs sitting up lids open raining inside. Hard to dry them out. Be more careful in cul de sacs. That being said I luv the new app reminding of bulk pick up, and weekly pick up. Thank you.

Good features, could use a better UI
Update: The app consistently crashes when I select certain features such as the Recycling icon in the Wizard. Fairly useless if it’s going to crash. Up to date app version and iOS.
I have been pleasantly surprised at how useful I find this app to be. A little surreal writing a review for a waste disposal app, but it is very informative and has a decent search function to determine how to dispose of your unwanted items. Not unlike this city’s disposal sites, which I also consider to be quite efficient. There have been several items that I wasn’t sure how to dispose of, however checking this app each time it had an answer for me. I’d like to be able to give 5 stars on functionality alone, but I share the opinion of others here that the app could use some UI development. Granted, I doubt the Waste Disposal department has a large budget for app Devs, but I thought well enough of this app to provide this otherwise glowing review. Will be glad to upgrade my rating when a new and improved app is released. All in all, I’m grateful this app exists.

Very Useful App
I find it very useful, I know when they are coming to pick the trash now and if schedule changes, I know right from the app. Very informative. I never knew when they will be coming to pick up our Bulk trash, but now I have the information at my fingertips. Whoever thought of making this app available to the customer is a forward thinker and a genius. Who can ever think that a app for trash will be this useful! I am enjoying using it!!!

Fort Worth App
It great having a tool like the App that allows for alerts and the ability to contact various city departments. An alert I received this morning was a great example indicating city trash pick-up services had been temporarily suspended due to the weather conditions. Thank you for this helpful resource!

Great App
Weird to rate a garbage/recycle app but I find it much better and easier than to call a specific city number. It’s been really helpful specially for bulk item pick ups. Great job!!

Thank you for this app. Love being reminded about big trash pickup day as well as reminders for regular pick up days. It probably helps you as well from so many office phone calls asking the same questions.

My contact with all of the city services is normally limited to solid waste and water/sewer. The notifications verifying or changing the pickups are enormously handy. Everyone needs this app.
