Good reliable app
I like this app a lot, always reminds me when to put my trash out, or when it's bulk week. Always works well, you can even search for items to dispose and it will tell you how.
Helpful App
Does what you would expect and the city monitors it. One week the heavy trash truck went by my home without picking up the trash. I used the app to contact them and they responded telling me they were sending the truck back out. They actually did it.
Looking forward to updates
Thought it was a little strange to install an app for a trash reminder ... But this app has a lot more to offer than just a reminder.
I'm genuinely looking forward to updates to this app. With more features this app could become a really cool tool for us Fort Worth folks.

Awesome app! I love the notifications about bulk trash week. I have missed it more than once in the past. This app has many easy to use functions that get me the info I want without having to make a call.
Very helpful
This app helps me keep track of pickup days when a holiday is coming up and with the bulk trash schedule. It also helps with what can be recycled. I love the fact that you can request items you are uncertain about be added to their database!!
Not just a "Bunch of Trash"
The fact is this App is greater than I thought it would be.. Helps keep me up with scheduled days for pickup, and gives customers what, when, where and how to properly dispose of unwanted items. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Very helpful app!
This app is very well-designed and I love the trash wizard. You can type in just about anything and it will tell you what cart it goes in. Plus it has notifications to remind you when it's time to set out the trash, or bulk item pickup.
Most excellent for a government
It's a shame the other depts
don't have user friendly Aps like this. It would be good if they could emphasize what to stop using altogether like black trash bags full of trash. Everyone gets them occasionally and it appears the City does not accept them any time or anywhere.
Small complaint. My neighbors depend on my ap to alert them as to bulk trash week!
