Every time I call these people are very eager and willing to help. Customer service is a thing of the past over the phone but not here. I am pleasantly surprised how these associates take their time and will answer all your questions. These guys rock (ladies to of course)..
Good features, could use a better UI
I have been pleasantly surprised at how useful I find this app to be. A little surreal writing a review for a waste disposal app, but it is very informative and has a decent search function to determine how to dispose of your unwanted items. Not unlike this city’s disposal sites, which I also consider to be quite efficient. There have been several items that I wasn’t sure how to dispose of, however checking this app each time it had an answer for me. I’d like to be able to give 5 stars on functionality alone, but I share the opinion of others here that the app could use some UI development. Granted, I doubt the Waste Disposal department has a large budget for app Devs, but I thought well enough of this app to provide this otherwise glowing review. Will be glad to upgrade my rating when a new and improved app is released. All in all, I’m grateful this app exists.

Just moved back to Texas. This app is great for ft worth. Reminds you of garbage schedule etc, breaks down everything and is simple to use.
Invest in UI Design
I rely on this app and love that Fort Worth has it. But for a city that's respected around the world for investing in great art and design, this app should have a much better interface.

I didn’t know I needed this app but it is a great resource. You get notifications and you can also look up how to dispose of uncommon items. It is not perfect but I know it will only get better with updates. Good job!
