Great tool/app
This is a very useful tool especially for a new homeowner !! Only recycled alum cans before. Now learning there’s so much more to it. Only month been a month but I’m hooked on this and so glad it’s available

I do find myself using this app more than I thought I would. I love the easiness to navigate the app. I would like there to be an option to report if someone throws their trash in my bin. (My neighbor like to throw away non recycling items into my recycle bin) now I find myself taking out just as the trash truck are coming thru.

The service or response time if there is a missed cart pick up is within 24 hours. I know that I have a dependable resource if there is a problem I need fixed. The rest of the city needs to climb on board! We could get a lot of things fixed through apps like this! High Five and great job!
