Please fix the app stop working,( closing app after 10 seconds not even load anything)

Scanning documents it’s not perfect no option for crop or editing the picture even after scan can’t see the document which one scanned
Update
Every update gets worse and worse. Now it doesn’t even let me get on the app. It shows I’m driving even though I’m on off duty. Can’t submit paperwork now.
Bug
80% times app crashes on first time using but second time it’s fine. It’s my everyday problem.
Home time option
Requesting home time is a nightmare trying to figure what the app exactly wants. I only want two days off but I need to make the request a specific way that looks like I need four days off.
Can’t Log In
Ever since I got a new IPhone 14 It doesn’t let me log into my account. Every time I put my log in credentials it tells me “Sorry, Currently services are not available. Please check network connection and try again”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app and still won’t work. My internet works just fine. This issue needs to be fixed. I know I’m not the only one dealing with this issue. Please fix this issue Devs.
