The first you will chat with virtual assistant which cannot locate your PO number and after two attempts it will prompt you to someone alive. Finally I checked in at the office and received tons of text msgs. Back up to the dock and soon after they finish unloading I have got msg with invitation to upload App for payment. They absolutely do not care about your privacy and collect all of your data on this app only to make a one time payment. I do not happy to spend time loading strangers app to my device. We have ELD, some tracking app, brokers app and now some lumpers app. This is too much. And this automated system with app cannot make your unloading faster. You still sitting and waiting for the receiver to count product you brought. The app does not substitute the management.Pretty quick
