  • Absolute worse update

    The app fights you forcing multiple resets for log in. No notification when load completed until you force reset the app several more times, and support staff blaming the user for issues or saying you are logged into the website and not the app. Very combative and refuse to listen when issues arise
  • They put everything on driver

    The first you will chat with virtual assistant which cannot locate your PO number and after two attempts it will prompt you to someone alive. Finally I checked in at the office and received tons of text msgs. Back up to the dock and soon after they finish unloading I have got msg with invitation to upload App for payment. They absolutely do not care about your privacy and collect all of your data on this app only to make a one time payment. I do not happy to spend time loading strangers app to my device. We have ELD, some tracking app, brokers app and now some lumpers app. This is too much. And this automated system with app cannot make your unloading faster. You still sitting and waiting for the receiver to count product you brought. The app does not substitute the management.

    The App is Garbage. I’ve had this for a long time, & every single time, it either crashes, or it won’t let me pick what NEEDS to be picked regarding whatever i might at the moment. It glitches out 99% the time, it updates like 30 minutes later when i need UPDATES at the moment of whatever i do, checkins, payments, & or registering a brand new order. It takes FOREVER!!!!

    It’s not a bad app or software to use except when you get to the payments, especially with the Comdata I was going through once I finally figured out how to make the payment and it kept asking me over and over for a driver number, but it doesn’t specify what the driver number is and that is the reason why I’m giving this only a four star if you can improve that part of it, I will be happy and I would be more than gladly to give it a five star

    The worst app for this industry. To much information trying to be processed through this app. It’s not worked right since the first time. I have updated the app my smart phone says I have the latest app. Maybe their only customer SpartanNash can go to using relay it’s much better.

    The app works pretty good most of the time. Sometimes it will send back and tell you that your door has been revoked. These guys unload quick and they do have a big staging area and portable bathrooms.
