  • Longest wait ever

    I arrived early bc California u can’t leave at a certain time just don’t know how traffic will be but no where to park they don’t take early arrivals at all beware only arrive an he early there slowwwww as ever they should open at 4 am and close before 7 so truckers can find parking hate this load with a passion
  • Do you like talking to computers…?

    Trucker has to self check-in and when you do, You get a computer not a real person to talk to. The door that was assigned to me was the wrong door. After waiting 2+ hours to unload The person that returned my BOL papers does not speak English and couldn’t explain why 2 pallets were rejected nor could anyone else…..
  • Updating Lumper by text

    It didn’t send me text when there was a lumper: it’s I reopened the APP and found Lumper after 30 min. It would be better if I was getting text message the second they had Lumper
  • Overall good, not obvious in some ways

    The app works well overall. But, when I received the notification that my payment was due it was not obvious where/how to make payment. I had to figure out that I had to go to the top level menu and choose payment. A link to the payment screen(s) and/or other indicators would be very helpful.

  • Not Helpful Hard To Use

    This app is hard to navigate and does not have very helpful or friendly customer service or support.
    I currently have two notices, but cannot find them or clear them. Customer Services has told me to just ignore them since they can not help me remove them either.
    The only reason I have this app and use it is because two of the places that are on my delivery route and use this stupid app for their checkin and checkout as well as payment!
  • Very Poor Application and Service

    I am not at all impressed with this app or it’s representatives. It is pretty hard to navigate if you aren’t very computer or app savvy.
    We you call to get help, the representatives are very rude, explosive, unprofessional, unfriendly, not helpful and they blamed me for all of the problems. I also would have found it helpful if the representatives would have listened to my problem, helped me try to solve my problem and then if we couldn’t come up with a solution and/or a fix to the problem then either put me on hold and try to get help from other representatives or just get my number and call me back. No problems solved and no desire from the representatives to try and solve the issues I had.
    I guess that it the one reason the company I was dealing with uses this app and it’s processing ability, because they are both very bad at customer service and trying to solve problems.
  • Instructions Needed

    Employees should let drivers know lumped payments are under the “Payment” tab and there is no notification that it's there unless you click it. Don't just say “Its in the app” and expect me to know what you're talking about. Not user friendly.

    Very user friendly app. Easy to navigate and responses are quickly and accurately processed. Enjoyed working with this app.
