    To check into this facility, Albertsons/Safeways in Tolleson, Arizona, you must have a Electronic Device with the ability to download an application, you must be able to use and understand the application without help, you must have WiFi or some way to connect to the Internet and be able to send and accept Text messages. Or you must have a phone and have the patience to wait for 20 to 45 minutes on hold for the Customer Support Team to answer your call and help you check in and then you will still need the fore mentioned items to get in and to a dock. If you do not have this required items, you can not check into this facility and are totally out of luck. The person at the check in desk was only there to tell you to get on line and download the application or call the Customer Care Team. He would not and refused to do any help or Customer Service that would get me into the dock and my load delivered on time.
    What a useless and waste of time and money.

    I checked in at 2100 for a 2200 appointment time received the message from FreightSmith to go back wait in my truck for door number I checked my phone every 30 minutes walked back to office showed my phone to make sure I was checked in and was told to just wait for msg with door number now it is almost 12 hours later and when I called FreightSmith I was told I never checked in but I have the messages clearly on my phone from FreightSmith saying that I did

    Took forever. Once I paid the lumber fee it was promptly processed just to be stuck waiting for a call to go collect my signed paperwork. The only contact info is for an off site call center who just tells you to wait longer. The nagging thoughts of “Maybe they forgot about me” or “Am I being put on a timeout” will run through your head with no one to call at the actual facility where time is passing you by. “Just stay in your truck and wait” or “Wait longer…in your truck” seems to be their go to action plan.

    I’ve used this app a few times it worked as it was supposed to until yesterday when I tried to check in with the app it wouldn’t except the PO number at first and then while I’m sitting in the customers parking lot it told me I was too far away to check in, so I ended up having to check in over the phone. After they were finished, it says lumper receipts are unavailable for download and there is a notification stuck on my phone that will not go away.
