Why must I log in every time?
After one of the more recent updates I now don’t stay logged-in and have go through the process of finding our school and logging-in anytime I want to use the app. It’s a real pain.Chip Max

Terrible since update
I can’t log in since the update. Have reset my password at least 5 times and it’s saying that my details are incorrect. There doesn’t seem to be any app support options on their website either. Can’t use the app now which is very frustrating.DRY1234567

The app doesn’t work if your text size on your phone is larger than standard, it won’t allow me to login after changing my password TWICE and when my partner finally was able to login on his device he was not able to see that you need to swipe to the right to see the rest of the absentee section. Really poor app. I hope my child’s school switches to a more user friendly app!!!Show lessWhatsapp user11111

Since updating, if you ever click on anything within the app that takes you out of the app and onto the web browser, it opens the web browser within the app and you can never get back to the actual app. There is no way to get out of the website and back to the app interface. Has happened to me twice now, have had to delete the app and re-install.Show lessY2K2033
New App
Since updating to the new app, I can not log in. My login details haven’t changed. Saying incorrect so I deleted app and reinstalled and I also reset password and still having the same issues. From reviews seems to not be the only one.L0uIsE000444

Why even upgrade??
The new facelift/‘upgrade’ has made it impossible to find my kids school. Why can’t I log into my old account? You’d think typing in St. into the search bar you’d be able to find dozens of schools in the area. Nothing is coming up!Wontletmeenteranickname23
New app - no schools?
The new app does not have schools listed for the Australian States so can move past this screen. Hoping when it is resolved that there is no longer a default school that takes priority over another school, important for when you have kids in primary and high school!Ciara-O
Awful software
Notifications stopped working again today.
This is just awful awful awful software and if Apple had any idea just how bad it is they’d pull it from the App Store.RobGilliam
