HORRIBLE!
I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience here was so bad that I figured to leave one.
I thought it was a good idea to park in "MyPark", oh I was completely wrong.
I'm trying to find parking and decided to use "MyPark" thought it was all good but when it was time to go my session wouldn’t end. Mind it was $5 dollars per hour and I only stayed 1h 30min but the timer kept going. The app is super slow, glitchy and it doesn’t work properly.
After a while it stopped but I go check my card and they charged me a total of $25, i tried to call and their number isn’t available, and sent email and got no response.
Customer service is extremely bad, it charged me 2 reservations when I only parked in one space and once I left the time just kept going.
1. Fix the App
Add a button where you can manually end your session not deliberately letting the machine decide
2. Get a Customer Service
No being able to contact anyone for this is frustrating

SUPER Scammy, no customer service
First, the fact that this company takes all of the best parking spots in busy malls is scammy. I had a lapse in judgment and decided to try it because it was only $3. I had a lot of trouble setting up my account and payment source which was the first red flag. I wish I could have just used Apple Pay. After setting up the account and parking my car, I came back 55 minutes later and pulled out of the spot. There is no button in the app to press when you leave a spot. The app and system conveniently didn’t recognize that I had left the spot until about 10 minutes after I had left, incorrectly charging me an additional $3+tax. The $3 wouldn’t normally be a big deal but the whole premise of this scammy company just isn’t sitting right with me. I emailed the company twice and haven’t heard anything back. I am going to look into resolving this with the bank credit card I used. I will never use this app again and would suggest others do the same.
EDIT: The company replied to my email and refunded me the amount they overcharged. I will still never use this app again due to the inconvenience and frustration of it.

Not working
The park wouldn't open for me and then charged me twice. Now there is another charge despite not being used.
Leaving the parking spot
When we left the sensor didn’t lift all the way so we waited and waited and
My husband got off to life it which is when we heard the alert that it ended but then I waited on the app to make sure it ended and it didn’t say anything I had to refresh mulitple times to make sure it wouldn’t continue to charge me until finally I the button at the bottom that said thank you for parking then I realized it ended. So the leaving process isn’t as secure as it should be

App Efficiency
The app needs to allow the users to end the parking session once they’re done so that another driver cannot come behind them and use the time of the same spot. There should also be a way to track which cars are in the reversed spot ie. license plates numbers, car type, etc..
Fraudulent business
I have spent two days trying to contact these people and have yet to get a hold. They charged me for two parking spots I never used. Both at the same time. I opened the app checked the available parkings and right there in big fonts it tells you to slide to confirm which I never did.
Charged and never confirmed a reservation HELP
The app charged me two times in one sitting when I never confirmed the reservation as the app suggest to do before actually buying a parking spot. I was only looking at the available spots and right there at the bottom of the screen it assures you to confirm the reservation by sliding it. So why if I never confirmed it, hours after leaving the mall did I come home to find that I was charged two times when I never used the parking spots? Now I can’t even get them on the phone. Someone please help.

Unable to get to customer service
Trying to call customer service. Someone parks in the spot you reserve an then disappears. Your stuck with the bill. No, email an called 45 min ago. Not paying for a service I didn’t use.
Horrible service
I parked in one spot and as I’m backing in the spot guard thing goes up and now it’s still charging me and I left the other spot I left it and it’s still charging me I call the customer service and extension 106 doesn’t answer don’t use this service EVER
App keeps saying no connectivity even after re-downloading
I’ve tried everything from turning off phone, connecting to wifi, using mobile data, refreshing app and even uninstalling and reinstalling this app. It worked fine when I first used it. But after off loading it seems like it doesn’t even let me log in using my Facebook which is how I’m sure I logged in before.
Regardless, the app keeps popping up with the same error modal “No connectivity, please check your internet connection.” Clearly there’s a connection of i was able to re-download the app. So what gives?
