Would not stop timer until 3 hours after I left!

Left the parking space and checked the app. It wouldn’t register that we had left the parking space . There was nothing we could do. It was a Sunday and we left a message for customer service and nobody called back. Overcharged is for 3 hours! Will never use this app again.

Not again

I was at a very busy parking lot and attempted to use this service. It told me to go to parking spot 26. As I was backing in I hit the button that said I’m here or whatever you hit so it lowers the thing. It then says, go to spot 16. So I have to drive around to the other side. By the time I got over there, a van was in the spot. I didn’t realize that they had essentially taken my spot, I assumed the ap would tel me another spot but it didn’t. It then said. You’re parked. I was then charged for them parking there for over 3 hours.

Need better instructions

I used this for the first time but waited 10 min after I parked Becuase I didn’t know what I was supposed to do and timer kept starting over.

Not working for me

Left the parking space more that 2 hours ago and the clock keep charging me. I only used it for 45 min, left and 2 hours later keeps charging me. Tried to call costumer service 6 times and nobody is available and said voicemail is full and ends the call. Email them twice and no response.

Never again!

Living outside of Disney World, I thought this app/service was amazing the first time I tried it. Second time, not so much. Parked for just over an hour and was charged for 4. Left a voicemail and emailed twice with pictures and no response from the company. How many people are they overcharging??? Ridiculous you can’t get in touch with anyone at the company.

Worthless Equipment

The app nor the equipment registers when you leave. Absolutely ridiculous that they have no call center and they don’t even email you back!!! I never write reviews but this is such a awful app. Save your self the headache and wait for a spot to become available. Not worth the nightmare of having to call the bank and dispute the charge.

Unable to access app

I do not remember my email and have not received any emails to reset it . I have entered my email with a request to change password dozens of times.

I left the parking spot and it’s still charging me

After I left the parking space, the metal machine that prevents you from parking in and out didn’t go up, and is still recognizing that my car is still there. I am still being charged. Terrible app does not load properly and there is no option to cancel your parking because it apparently “ends when you leave”

This is Ignorant

By far one of the most ignorant apps/ideas I have seen or experienced. Almost didn't even go to the shopping area after trying to sign up for this. Luckily this app was very difficult to work with so I didn’t even pay any money to this company.

Was handy but doesn’t work well

When we left the sensor didn’t go back up and the timer has been running for 4 hours now. I sent 2 support emails and even tried calling but couldn’t get through. I hope they don’t charge me for all the hours that it’s running up. It is easier then fighting for a parking spot but not at a big cost.
