NO SUPPORT - CONSUMERS BEWARE IF LOCKED OUT
MyPark’s service is none existent and the app is completely non-functional. The forgot password function advises that password has been sent to email but never arrives. You call their support number and it has a recording stating that no more messages can be accepted. If you get logged out of your account and for some reason can’t remember your password or it is not being accepted, good luck in ever getting back in to use the services. No company that works this way should ever continue to exist.

App is a scam
No customer support options. App continues to charge my credit card hours after I’ve been home 45 minutes from my parking spot. Parkmobile is a much better app to use, I’d suggest taking a long walk before parking in one of their lots.

Unfriendly app usage
Trying to park yesterday my credit card got charged twice after the parking spot didn’t opened because was unavailable even thought it was available and then open another spot for me but I still got charged for the first one that didn’t open. So stressful!!!
Poor app, poor customer service
I parked in my spot at the mall of Georgia, Buford, GA but the app still said “let me in”…fine went to my movie, walked out and the app said I was parked, ok good but why the delay???? Now I’ve left my parking spot nearly 10 min ago and it says I’m still “parked”?!??! The timer is continuing so am I still getting charged???? Dunno cause the app doesn’t let me reach out to customer service cause I says I don’t have an email on file when I clearly do. Googled their customer service number and no one answers…

Malfunctioning Devices
The app would not let me choose that I had left my parking location and the device in the parking lot never went up. To make it worse, someone parked in the same spot and I can’t change my status. This is super frustrating.
Horrible
Such a good concept but the first 2 spots I tried didn’t work, that’s why they’re available right? I watched other people have the same problem with these spots. The app should be smart enough to know these spots are broken and stop offering them in the app! If many people can’t get it to open, then it’s broken! Currently it’s billing me for a spot that I wasn’t able to get into and no one is in but it says someone is parked despite me even adding 15 minute wait to it!

Over charged me hours I did not use!!
This has got to be the worst experience I ever had with a parking app! 1.) I went to my assigned space and for 10 minutes it would not say I was parked even though I was. 2.) I parked in my spot for only 1 hour for $3. But they ended up charging me $18 dollars saying I was there for 6 hours!! 3.) I noticed in the app that they kept saying I was still parked even though I left hours ago. I emailed them twice to tell them this so that I wouldn’t be over charged but I never got a single response. I am so frustrated and would not recommend this company. Now I have to spend my day tomorrow to contact the bank dispute my charge. Thanks for nothing!

Great!!
I absolutely LOVE this app! My mom is having back surgery this coming Thursday so she can’t really walk that far. When we want to go to Ellenton Mall, this app allows us to have a front parking space so we don’t have to park out in the boondocks!! We park up front, go to the stores we want, and leave! Less walking! I highly recommend it! It’s totally worth the money to pay for the spot!!!

Garbage
I used my park in Orlando thinking it would be easy. I paid, I parked, I left. Someone else must have pulled into the spot after me because what should have been a $3 fee is now $45. No customer service either because no one answers the phones. It’s a recording machine. Stay away people.
