Upon leaving
The app should allow you to send a notification when you’re about to leave. I just left spot and saw someone stand over the devise until their friend pulled into the spot. My timer is still going and I have no way of sending a notification that I have left

This app is very difficult to navigate.. plus a car pulled in when I pulled out of space.. the lever didn’t come back up when we left..
Need a better way when leaving
I am giving you 3 stars because you need to find a better way. When I pulled out someone came in right after me before your thing popped up. I had to call to end my parking time so I wouldn’t get charged for the person who parked behind me.
Easy parking
It is a great parking idea. I had not used it before. It is easy and convenient to use.
Worth it
Great app, it’s definitely worth it, especially given the high traffic areas that have the spots for it. My only complaint is there’s not a option to end your parking as soon as you leave. When we pulled out someone pulled in behind us, it still registered the right time for when I left though. The only reason I know they didn’t have a reservation is one, they don’t know when I was leaving, and two, the sign popped up under their car lol.

Love this service
My wife wanted to go to Victoria’s Secret....I needed to return some shirts to Express. As usual there were NO PARKING SPACES at the St John’s Town Center. While driving in circles for 20 minutes looking for a space I keep passing these premium spaces that require you to download an app. At first it was just irritating and then I thought “what the heck” and downloaded the app. It took about 3 minutes to download the app and Park in a perfect spot.....and because it only took us 26 minutes the entire thing was.... FREE! Love this. Wish you all has spaces at all of my spots.

Very frustrating
I was hoping to park close to the store I needed for all of 10 minutes. (Mall of GA) I downloaded the app, created an account, etc. Although the sign said to choose “Park now”, I could not find any such option. When I tried reserving in the section I was in, it said there were no advance reservations. I was extremely lucky that the security guard came by to say I could park for 10 minutes on the sidewalk with my emergency lights on. He told me the app often doesn’t work for people. 😕

Useless
I was at an available parking spot, downloaded the app, looked for a spot in the app and it only allowed me to make a reservation for 3 minutes ahead, without telling me which spot I was going take. So I left the available spot I was jn, drove around waiting for my reservation to be confirmed and then I got a message saying that reservations for that location were not available that day, even though I drove by several available spots. It didn’t help me and it certainly doesn’t make an efficient use of the parking lot.

Best app ever
This app comes in handy when you want to plan ahead and reserve your spot at least 15 min in advance. It’s great for me since I have the kids and don’t want to park so far from the entrance.
