Never works

I have never gotten this system to work correctly. It always tells me there are spaces available and wastes my time driving over there. I see one or two spots available, but when I tell it to park it tells me they’re full. I’ve tried closing and opening the app again to see if someone might have reserved them. Still spots available. Try to park, tells me they’re full. Every. Single. Time. I’m tired of wasting more time trying to save time.

Free for all

I will never use this app again. I went shopping at a mall and used this service. It was posted for $3.00 for the first 2 hours and $3.00 every hour after that. I could not register I was out of the spot. The spot is suppose to sense the car leaving. It did not. Several hours later I get a message that my car just left the lot. Funny. I was on my way to my hotel before 5:30pm yet at 7:28 I received a thank you for using our service.

Customer service received the receipt for the last store I was in. The Publix I went to after ( 26 mins drive from mall). So explain how my car was 6.9 miles away checking out and still at the mall.

The time on the receipt you receive in your email should have the correct time. Amazing service and professionalism!

All the great reviews you reas about the app and the level of service they provide, they are absolutely true and phenomenal. If every company would have the level of service like MyPark does, we as consumer would be in heaven.

Pretty Cool App

Thank goodness I was given an opportunity to update my review. At first I was extremely frustrated with the app but in the end, needed to exercise a bit of patience. So when my family and I left, the clock in the app was still ticking.
I was concerned that I’d be charged another hour because we left with 5 minutes to spare. I still wish there was a way to hit end time, on the consumer end, however when the app finally closed out for my review, roughly 5-6 minutes later, the exit time was correct and I was appropriately charged. I would definitely use this app again.
Thank you customer service for responding to my initial complaint, and even leaving a phone number to call, how rare!!!

Too expensive

Too expensive for additional hours!
Initial cost for first 2 hours is acceptable, but the additional time spent beyond first 2 hours is far too expensive.

Convenient but has bugs to fix

The idea of this app is absolutely amazing. No longer do I have to wait for a parking space, right before I get to the mall I reserve the stall and park. The only thing is that I was offered 30 min of free parking. I parked and went to the store I needed to go to. I returned to my car at the 28 min mark and departed my parking stall. I was half way home and the timer was still running saying I was still parked. It ran until the 34 minute mark and I got charged the $3.00. The bug is the timer keeps running after you leave your stall.

Terrible app

This app was horrible! It gave me an error message on every other screen and took a full 2 minutes to load each screen even with full 4G signal. Do NOT download this app on the spot, a complete waste of time. I went to reserve a parking spot but it told me all spots were taken but still charged me $3.20, for nothing!

My park issues

Parking spot C31 malfunctioned and began letting up while we were backing out of the parking space and we had to manually let the guard rail down physically putting ourselves in harms way and no one know a phone number for us to call and speak with someone. Then 7 hours later after leaving the spot I get a notification thanking me for just leaving my parking spot, I live 2 1/2hours away and when we backed out the app wouldn’t work! Maybe it would help to have some employees trained and on site to help with situations like this!!!!

My Park

I’ve used MyPark at Dadeland Mall and The Falls Mall, awesome! No driving around trying to find a spot to park, very easy to use and so convenient. Whoever thought of developing this system is a genius!

Awesome!

MyPark is so convenient. There’s nothing worse when going shopping than wasting time looking for parking. I also used one close to a movie theater to get to the movie on time. Priceless! Customer service is amazing too! Love this app.
