Customer service received the receipt for the last store I was in. The Publix I went to after ( 26 mins drive from mall). So explain how my car was 6.9 miles away checking out and still at the mall.

We’re very sorry to hear about this, I can assure you this is a very rare occurrence as the MyPark device actually has a timer that records the exact time the car was in the space and you should not be charged for any extra time. The time on the receipt you receive in your email should have the correct time. Pretty Cool App
I was concerned that I’d be charged another hour because we left with 5 minutes to spare. I still wish there was a way to hit end time, on the consumer end, however when the app finally closed out for my review, roughly 5-6 minutes later, the exit time was correct and I was appropriately charged. I would definitely use this app again.
Thank you customer service for responding to my initial complaint, and even leaving a phone number to call, how rare!!!

Too expensive
Initial cost for first 2 hours is acceptable, but the additional time spent beyond first 2 hours is far too expensive.
