Is there a new bug?

Overall this app is vey good but my Map no longer shows history of where it has been and on opening is centred somewhere is the sea near Europe!
Another improvement I think would be a time stamp on any fault message or a recent fault history.

Movement paths missing in latest update

Unfortunately the latest version of the app no longer shows the Movement Paths when you click on map. It still gives the location but you have no idea of where the mower has been which is a major degradation.

Also for some reason in the latest version when you click on Map it gives you a map of Europe, you then have to click again to see where your mower is, a somewhat unnecessary change.

“Herbie” the robotic mower

We decided to add a wire under the lawns (like they did before GPS was added) as a further safeguard to keep Herbie within the precincts of the lawns.
Unfortunately, on day one we awoke to find the wire dug up by foxes, this continued until we ripped up all the wire.
However, Herbie has kept within the established track ever since.
We only have the occasional “help I am trapped” etc and go out and reset. Sometimes Herbie loses the satellite but after a pause he continues.
Overall we are very satisfied and delighted at our choice. Chelmsford Farm Shop, from where we purchased this robotic mower, have been first class in their service.

Does the person that done the last update still have a job?

App takes me to Europe on map. App no longer shows travel path. Also with each update my mower shows it’s further in the road and outside of perimeter wire. This is my second Automower and I have yet to get a good contact for support. Just these stupid message boards that they answer you back hours later when you are asleep or at work and you only got a short time to answer back or the process starts all over again. These people are just folks with a script and have no knowledge of the mower itself.

Terrible

We’ve had this product for a year now and it NEVER learns where anything is. It constantly goes into places that are sectioned off. We took it to the dealer and they replaced the body because it broke a wheel going into an area that’s sectioned off. The very next day it drives into the pond. Terrible product. Terrible service by Husqvarna and now the dealer we bought it from says they no longer service or sell auto mowers. Literally the day after we picked it up. (For reference that’s Leslie’s Outdoor Power in Longview, TX.) I’ve reached out to Husqvarna MULTIPLE times and just get canned auto responses. DO NOT BUY their products unless you enjoy throwing thousands of dollars away, want no service and want a lawn paperweight. Even the app opens to the UK now and when I move back to my location it doesn’t show the mower path or location anymore. Seriously, I could have burned the cash and gotten better use from the fire than this product and these two companies.

Ça fais 6 ans que j’utilise mon robot sans problèmes depuis que vous avez distribué les dernières mise à jours cet été mon robot fais n’importe quoi j’ai beau à vérifier mon installation tout et correct vous feriez mieux de vérifier vos mise à jour avant de les distribuer

Clock doesn’t keep time

The “mower time” clock in the app runs slow by about 20 minutes per day. I have to manually reset the time every day to keep the mower on schedule or it starts later and later each day. There is already a button to reset the time to the time on the phone. So why can’t it just do this automatically? I would really like this fixed as it kind of makes the schedule pointless if the mower doesn’t know the correct time.

I was really skeptical

It is awesome though.

I've been using this robotic mower for a while now, and it has far exceeded my expectations. It delivers a fantastic cut, gets impressively close to edges, and even finds tough spots in my yard that I didn’t think it would handle. The amount of time it saves me is incredible. The only minor issue I'm facing is a charging error that needs a reset every couple of days, but the customer support team has been responsive and helpful. I suspect it's just a firmware issue, and I plan to take it to a dealer soon for a quick fix. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking to take the hassle out of mowing!

Glitchy, slow and restricted

This app is actually pretty terrible. I don’t know how it is rated 4+ stars overall.
Possibly if you set your mower up once and never use it again it’s alright but overall it needs so much work.

They took the start and stop buttons away in this app; they’ve completely broken the app; DO NOT DOWNLOAD
