The biggest frustration is how long this app takes to connect to the base station. Its unusable if your alarm goes off unless you’re willing wait 30 seconds while it tries to connect. Force quitting the app sometimes resolves the delay which shows its not a Wi-Fi issue. Secondly, it looks like this app was designed in 2007 and left since.Show lessJust getting worse and worse
Think I’m going to dump Paradox and find another system. I use alarm notifications as my primary security. But I seldom get notifications anymore, and often just get connecting to site without connecting. Useless. If I cannot connect, I cannot arm. And if I can arm and do not get notifications of alarm activation then it’s useless to me. Firmware updates are impossible to arrange without paying some installer big money. And I doubt that will help. Overall, poorly managed system with unreliable features.Show lessDeveloper Response

Please contact me and I will check the firmware version of the module, also investigate the push notification for your site.
