Connection to App spotty

Up to 70% of the time have to close APP multiple times to connect. It may be a server issue on there end.

We released new firmware for IP150/+ and PCS265V7 which uses the new, fast, and reliable MQTT server. Please contact your system installer for firmware upgrades. George georgerp@paradox.com

Slow….

Everytime I open the app to deactivate or activate my home alarm, the app freezes or takes minutes to load and be ready for action. It is not an issue with my phone or internet - this has been verified multiple times… this issue is entirely the app and it is ridiculous and frustrating. Do not recommend
