Dear Fabio, Sorry, you are encountering connection issues. We have a new app, BlueEye, downloadable from the App Store, which allows you to refresh the connection. We released new firmware for IP150/+ and PCS265V7 which uses the new, fast, and reliable MQTT server. Please contact your system installer for firmware upgrades. George georgerp@paradox.com
