No problems here
A lot of bad reviews and it sounds like the main issue is firmware updates needed on people’s old security systems to work reliably with the app.

Intermittent
Had this installed for 5 months now. It works sometimes… but reconnection reset at the alarm box necessary most of the time. Wouldn’t recommend.

We have released new firmware for IP150/+ and PCS265V7 which connects to the new, fast, and reliable MQTT server. Please contact your system installer for firmware upgrades. Full of bugs with a upgrade scam
This app is always offline and requires a reset and ironically has a pop up message stating to pay more to upgrade to another version of the app to get no issues! I am already paying for this one with my Paradox membership! Complete scam of an app. If this one cannot guarantee to be online 99% of the time then don’t off this app to anyone!
