You cannot add any credit unless you have a local mobile number and a bank of Indonesia credit card. So as a foreigner visiting it does not work. Please add visa or Mastercard so a foreigner can use it in Indonesia.Sawmaneatsfish

This app is giving me a hard time. I needed this to be linked with mypertamina app, but I cannot even pass the registration page.
It keeps telling me to ‘try again’ after several minutes.

New data tracking feature
It seems as though there is little or no testing of features across devices. This data / app tracking feature which is a forced pop up at app launch does not work with iPhones. If you deny access the app freezes. If you accept it takes you to settings with no instruction of what to turn on. I turned on everything and nothing happened. Still locked out. This is why you should only trust private companies to develop apps like this. If you have an iPhone I suggest you stay clear.Show lessMish****
Nice apps, useful
I am not a gadget freak but during pandemic COVID-19... I have to make some adjustments including turn things from offline to online. I use this app almost everyday to receive payments, to pay for groceries, to add pulsa in my telkomsel and many more.

Being a government-owned app with vast amount of funds and minds to work an app, this is a disappointment. Could not get a simple insurance payment.. maybe because you are offering cash back? It is so bad, sorry.
Edit: One year on and I saw some major improvements! Sometimes still crashes on starting but not as often. Thank you to the developers!Show lessliberty4s
