Multiple times tried to cancel and some woman who acts stupid on a line the is barely coherent says she’ll send and email which never comes. Scam of a company

Very Good Once You Figure it Out

I wasn't a big fan at first, but the more I used it and the more I began to figure it out the better it became. It has a lot of features I appreciate. It's not the most user-friendly, but again once you figure it out it's a very solid application

Great CRM

Everyone looks for the best CRM. They all have their gods and bad points. There is no perfect CRM. This one is constantly improving , the customer service is top notch, I have been using it for 10 years. It runs my business of 9 employees just great.

Fix The Bug Please

Since doing the new update, I get logged out at random and can’t log back in. Sometimes once I am able to log back in, it’s a completely different version and I can’t see any of my appointments.

No Care

I have been a customer and have loved using this. Steve was so great to work with. Until he quit us. I have emailed 7-10 times, called 15 plus times, since AUGUST and no response! I don’t understand. I just don’t understand at all. I don’t understand. I need help and nobody there to do.

I struggled thru this software at first. I wish I would of called support first. Jeff guided me thru the process with ease. I wish I had called months ago. The Guy is a FREAK SHOW - Holding My Data Hostage

This guy is a completely unhinged, scary, crazy lunatic. He is holding my data hostage and has not released it to me, despite his promise to do so. This is the response I got when I asked him if I had been provided access to my account during a month I had not been checking it (Keep in mind I was asking IF I had access to my account during that duration; and if I were being charged for a service I potentially was not being provided. And he totally flipped);

“Hi there,

Do you really think we monitor who does what at what times and what days or weeks? This is a SUBSCRIPTION based service which means it requires a subscription. That doesn’t mean someone can just willy nilly take a month off and then come back on board whenever they feel like it. Sorry. So we’re supposed to know a user took let’s say aug 1 to aug 10 off and then subtract that from the monthly pay because the user wasn’t using CF? How about the folks with snow. Should they just all take off for a few months and then come back in April? I mean that makes absolutely no sense and would create a logistical nightmare. Again, it’s a subscription.

I’ll be glad to cancel your account since you do seem to want to pay whenever you actually use the software. There are other programs out there which charge more and I believe they may have the pause option that you want, so you can pause and resume however often you would like. At our pricing model (especially at your grandfathered in pricing) we cannot provide this. You do realize it’s 34.95 per month, right? With programs that have pause/resume options you will ultimately be paying higher fees but if that’s what you need then I recommend you do that. So I’ll start the process of canceling the account. I’ll have all your data exported and sent to you asap. Thanks for your patronage.”

Automated so many processes in my Pressure Washing Business

This app, while not perfect, is an incredible value to me and my service business (Pressure Washing). It has allowed me to grow from owner/operator to running multiple crews with a supervisor. So much thought has been put into creating this app and it’s interface. Well worth the money and if there’s something you don’t understand, they will walk you through it….the owner / creator of this software often answers the phone himself and ALWAYS takes the time to make sure you understand how to use the App / Software and that you’re getting the most out of it! How’s that for customer service?
