Their Software is user friendly.
I have had some issues with some tabs freezing and forcing me to exit and start again and some issues with features, with that being said, whenever I have had issues or needed help understanding how to use a a specific feature I would book a zoom meeting and Mike would walk me through it. I’ve done this a few times. 😄
When I use their chat option they would respond quick and fix any issues or look into it for me if they don’t have the answers.
It was important I found a CRM with a good customer service team that rectified issues fairly quick.
Due to their quick responses and problem solving skills I am happy with the app so far and the customer service.
Through my experience, I will continue to use their CRM software to grow my business.
