  • Great Agency

I’ve been booking gigs through Victory for the past few years, compared to other gig apps I prefer this one because of the quality of jobs, the organized details that are provided to you and the fact there are real people on call that you can contact for support while you’re on a job.
  • Great side work

I got booked about 4 times through this all. I never had an issue, and would work with them again.
  • The Best!!!

    Most consistent in bookings…
I’m very happy with the efficient app!!!
    Love it—-
  • My main source of income!

I’ve been working with Victory for over 10 years now. This agency literally allowed me to have an income and a good life while I pursue my acting career. I have nothing but gratitude for this agency and everyone there. I feel respect, safety and opportunities to grow. It’s a pleasure and an honor to be part of the Victory Family!

  • Different than the rest

I have worked with a lot of agency’s but most are not very empathetic towards BAs needs. As the face of brands we are so key in happy activations and making sure it’s a positive experience. With victory we feel part of a community that cares and treats all BAs with respect. I have had really good communication and have some of the most memorable experiences with this agency. Most definitely recommend!

  • Dumbest agency

Been with them since 2016 and never been booked for a job. They book idiots. Deleting my account.
  • Doesn’t work as intended

I’ve applied for work, have been accepting a few times, showed up to events and no one knew who I was or why I was even there. Been accepted to other events and then again later told I wasn’t. Literally have never successfully worked a job and have been on their site or app for at least 7 years.
  • Waste of time

I signed up tried to get 4 different gigs waited. It took 2 weeks to say pending then position filled. Then they posted same shifts again. I deleted app have better opportunities with other companies
  • Used to be a great company

As the title states, it used to be great working for Victory, but now they don’t pay a standard brand ambassador wage, the hours are atrocious, and there’s hardly any timeline for length of work—it only says “ongoing”—and now they expect you to put PowerPoints and slideshows together? Unreal.

You used to be better than offering 15–16 hour shifts for a measly rate. Luckily, there are competitors such as RedPeg.
