Worst calling app I have ever seen. It won’t recognize my bluetooth and there is not option to clear calling history.
When I tried opening the app call details it is struck. Hanging issue.
The person who developed this has to use this for 1 day then he should have understand the pain of end user.

Always Crashes
For some reason It does not recognize contacts from my phone. And crashes each time I try to access my contacts. I called the customer service to report the issues and looks like no one is really working on fixing the issues. I strongly recommend not to use the app. Its such a pain.
How do you have an app at all?
The app crashes and forces closes every time a contact name is touched to dial them.

Worst app and very bad call reliability
I have been using this app for few months now and I end up getting frustrated after almost every call. I have been eagerly waiting to see if they could improve this app but seems like they don't care about customer satisfaction.

It works but the other end not able to hear at all. I will give 0 stars if I have that option.

App keep crashing 2-3 times a week. Specially when you really wants it to work. Called Support and they asked to reinstall app. Which means I have to delete and install this crappy app 2-3 times a week and go through the pain on OTP. I m new customer of UNIVON and for sure looking for other provider.

Crashes very often and call quality is not clear at all from app. Yet to try calling via Unovon adapter though. So far very disappointed with Unovon service.
