Worst call quality and waste customer service
Because of call quality I have canceled immediately in trail period and to return the adapter I have to pay from pocket though I was told that it is complete free return if decided to cancel in trail period
Poor voice quality and unable to make calls very often
Whenever i try to call someone, it throws a popup saying "please register" while the status shows the i am a registered user. This happens very often. Also if by any chance i am able to make a call, the person on the other side couldn't hear me properly... It needs a lot of improvement...
Need Bluetooth
Cannot use bluetooth connectivity.
Works only on data or wifi. Cannot use cellular minutes like in vonage ext. app.
Please update soon with at least bluetooth compatibility

Voice is not clear
Voice is not clear at other end. When i called india , they said voice is very poor
Also bluetooth is not available.

It's still needs to be improved slot to be in the market...I bet you might be Unovon employee or a developer of this app...

Excellent voice quality
Excellent voice quality. I prefer to use this app instead of their device and a phone. I love this app.
People are not able hear us
People are not able hear me at all when I tried the call today.App crashes when you are on the call.

Tried with Bluetooth headset but its not working properly.
Voice is not audible
Though the phone is ringing on the other side it's not audible on our phone. I tried with speaker enabled as well. Also when someone calls you app doesn't show any notifications on phone. Scrap!!
