Run away. Ownership is a horror movie.
I cannot tell you the amount of time I have wasted on this product and its two apps. Despite a CS degree, it took hours to configure and constantly has issues communicating. Batteries die and it fails to recover state. Software was terrible buggy and even the status lights don’t actually mean what the manual says. Now that Generac took over support and they don’t even pretend to diagnose problems. Product was a great idea and executed in the worst possible way by the most incompetent team.
