Frustrated consultant
Whenever i attempt to log onto App it does not open to the full page. The whole app only opens in the center of the screen on all of my IPads Making it difficult to use the website for my business
Booking got canceled
Customer called and complained we never canceled booking but their booking got canceled
glitchy
messaging system is unreliable message disappears after sending. sometimes it gets through sometimes not. the 2 other main rivals have much better apps
Opening problem
This morning Iโve encountered a problem in opening the app. I receive notifications correctly but canโt open the App

So many times is getting stuck and I need to delete app and reinstall

Feel Safe and Clean Place
Hotel has been improved lot with cleanliness and great customer serviceโฆ. I enjoyed my stay will definitely come back.
Payment
Payment is poor for small businesses. Takes too long. Obviously making interest on what I sm owed. I should not be bankrolling a multi million pound business.
So many problems of the app
The message module filter all the self check in instructions. The message all with show unread . The price change in calendar only change the price for one person. Really too many bugs
