Building exterior photos can now be added to Facilities. Captions and annotations can now be added to Issue and Moisture Survey images. Custom issue descriptions can be saved for future Proposals. PDFs can be uploaded to Roof Issues and will be appended to the Proposal Report. Custom drawing images can now be uploaded on the Roof Sections screen for use when the satellite imagery is not desired.

Versico True Roof Rater allows sales representatives and qualified roofing contractors to conduct rooftop inspections for potential roofing jobs prior to construction or repair. The roof inspector can quickly create a site drawing of the roof inspection area, catalog rooftop features and potentially problematic conditions on the roof. The software then generates a roof condition report for the building owner, facility manager or potential customer. With True Roof Rater a roof inspector can:
